ASIA 2007
I arrived Malaysia on the 1st
of February 2007 to begin a two months mission outreach to
Malaysia. Meetings have already been arranged for me in
Kuala Lumpur, Petalin Jaya and Seremban. My first meeting
was on Sunday at Cornerstone Glory Church in Petalin Jaya. I
had a good time with the church. I had two more teaching
sessions with the church the following Monday and Tuesday.
The Word of God was well received. And God healed and
delivered those who came for prayers.
I had other meetings in some
churches and fellowships in the day and at night. Many
healings were recorded. A brother who has not been able to
raise his hand after the accident he had many months back
God instantly healed and could raise his hand without a
single pain. Many came to be healed of mental and emotional
problems as they released their thought lives to God.
God faithfully opened new doors
for me to teach the word of God on the mind of man. I am
happy that every where I take this message to, people
receive it with great joy because it affects everybody –
they can identify with the message because it deals with the
struggles in their lives. A Christian woman whose ministry
is to the mentally distressed was introduced to my book
“UNDERSTANDING THE MIND OF MAN”, she called up a Nigerian
missionary Pastor to get in touch with me. She came to one
of my meeting and bought ten copies of the book for her
ministry in addition to her personal copy her friend bought
for her earlier. She sees it as a great resource for her
kind of ministry.
I ministered to the depressed in
a friend’s church on a day I set aside for them. I
ministered to students of two home schools run by the AOG,
Chempaka. It was an interesting experience. My teaching
sessions at GWCI was so productive that many gave their
lives to Christ; a few wept the day I spoke on “Who Owns
Your Life”. The anointing was so strong that many
rededicated their lives to live for God’s will for their
lives.
I thank God for the healings,
deliverance and miracles that kept occurring from Church to
church as I ministered. Three people were healed from
chronic pain arising from injuries suffered from accidents
they had many months and years before. A man and a woman at
two different churches who couldn’t lift their hands for
many months were healed and could do so without any pain. A
man whose left leg was so weak he couldn’t stand properly
with it was healed. Many other miraculous healings,
deliverances took place during this outreach of which I am
grateful to God and give Him all the glory.
I taught 46 sessions within the
two months I was in Malaysia in Kuala Lumpur, Petalin Jaya
and Seremban. I gave more of my time to Grace Winners Chapel
International, KL. I taught 15 sessions – 6 Sunday school
sessions, 2 overnight monthly meetings, a 3 days marriage
seminar and 4 Sunday services. It was fun ministering in
this church. Many gave their lives to Christ and were healed
in Jesus name. Many deepened their walk with God as a result
of the teachings. I am truly grateful to God for all he did
in the name of Jesus Christ His Son.
I left Malaysia on 31st
of March to Singapore on my last lap of this great mission
trip. I preached in new fellowships and churches in addition
to a few places I have preached before. My ministry in
Singapore lasted for only three weeks. I taught the word of
God in a friend’s office every morning for ten days during
their morning devotion. I taught eighteen sessions apart
from the ten days in a friend’s office. I marvel at the way
God touches and impresses the word that is taught in there
hearts. I am trusting for fruitfulness of the seeds planted
in the heart of men and women who heard me in this outreach.
I appeal to you dear reader and partner to pray along this
line with me and for greater doors to open for the undiluted
word of God to be taught in these countries and all over the
world.
I thank God for the miracles,
healings and deliverance God performed as I ministered to
the people. I also thank God for the new friends he gave me
and the new doors he opened. It was an exciting trip. Praise
the Lord for everything.
I was able to take some pictures
during this outreach. I wasn’t able to take pictures in all
the places I preached for one reason or the other.
Keep praying for me.
Yours in His vineyard,
Sylvester
